Proposing a Corporate Alien Ordinance

Did you ever wonder what a corporate alien really looks like? The guy in the picture is Chicago 47th Ward Alderman Gene Schulter. Aldermen think they're smarter than anyone else and like to create annoying laws to control our lives and make them miserable. This guy is proposing a pet ordinance that requires all dogs in the city to be micro-chipped. This is another stupid idea from which the city hopes to squeeze more revenue from an already overburdened populace.

I propose that micro-chips be implanted, not in dogs, but in all city management officials including mayor, aldermen, and city department heads. This will better enable federal law enforcement officials to follow the trail of corruption so prevalent in the city administration today.
